Job Title: Senior Mortgage Processor

PA, NY, NJ, TX and CO to follow in Q12024.
Role Overview:
The Senior Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for reviewing files from our Loan Partner team through Funding, managing a pipeline of 15-20 loans, including service ordering. Reviewing documents before they are submitted (whether for initial or resubmission) is key to success in the role. Each role on our team requires an immaculate CRM trail for each file with notes and tasks. Proactive and thorough communication is frontline in our success.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of mortgage processing experience, additional underwriting experience a plus.
- Broker only, no retail processors will be considered.
- Knowledge of financial documents, DTI calculation, and underwriting guidelines.
- A love for project management and processing pipeline ownership.
- Proactive communication and meticulous follow up.
- A passion for accuracy.
Skills and Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in contact management and database software.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with strong follow-up skills.

ARIVE LOS, Lender Portal Knowledge, Box.com, ActiveCampaign / MLO Shift CRM, Microsoft Office Tools.
